Installation guide : LED mirror

Before beginning installation, make sure to maintain a minimum distance of 24" (60 cm) between the electrical outlet and any water source.

Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions when installing your LED mirror, as the steps may differ depending on the model. If you don't feel comfortable doing the installation yourself, we recommend calling in a professional to ensure a safe installation.

It's also important to cut the power to this location during installation to avoid any risks.

Step  1

Start by validating the mirror's position on the wall, especially if it is located above a vanity unit. For optimum installation, the center of the mirror should be positioned at a height of 56" (142 cm) from the floor.

Step 2

Place the mirror face down on the floor and accurately measure the position of the mounting brackets.

Step  3

Mark the exact spot where you want to install the mirror, using a spirit level to make sure it will be perfectly straight.

Step 4

Following the manufacturer's instructions, fix the mounting brackets to the wall using plugs and screws appropriate to the type of wall (plaster, concrete, etc.).

Step  5

If the mirror requires an electrical connection, be sure to switch off the power supply before making any connections. Carefully follow the instructions supplied for safe connection to the power supply.

Step 6

Mount the mirror by securing it to the mounting brackets. Make sure it is secure and stable.

Step  7

Carefully check mirror alignment using a spirit level. After this check, re-establish the power supply and make sure the mirror is working properly.

Step 8

Make the necessary adjustments to position the mirror and confirm that it's working properly. Once finished, put the tools away, clean up the work area and enjoy your brand-new mirror with integrated lighting.
