The free home delivery promotion can only be applied for mainland locations in Quebec and Ontario. We reserve the right to cancel any order for remote destinations.

CONTACT-FREE HOME DELIVERY OPTIONS
Smaller items: Your order will be shipped via FedEx or Canada Post. Delays vary based on location, usually between 2 and 10 business days, after the order has been processed (1 to 3 business days). A tracking number will be provided for every order.
Larger items: All orders containing one or more oversized, heavy or fragile item will be shipped with one of our specialized transport company. These include large pre-assembled vanities, bathtubs, showers, medicine cabinets, etc. Delays vary, usually between 3 and 15 days, after the order has been processed (1 to 3 business days).
The transport company will call you to set up a a delivery date and a time window, whenever possible.
GOOD TO KNOW:
We ship orders on a daily basis from our Distribution Center, Monday through Friday. Additional processing & delivery delays are to be expected. Carriers no longer deliver inside the residence; your merchandise will be left outside or at the doorstep.


CONTACT-FREE STORE PICKUP BY APPOINTMENT
You can choose to pick up your order yourself free of charge, by appointment at one of our stores.
When placing your order online, select Pick up in store and choose the store where you want to pick up your order. Once your order has been processed and received at the selected store in the following days, the store will contact you to schedule a specific appointment for your pickup.
Larger items: Please note that some oversized or very heavy items cannot be sent to our stores.


CONTACT-FREE WAREHOUSE PICKUP
You can pick up your items directly at our Distribution Center located at 1200, boulevard Michèle-Bohec in Blainville, QC. When you arrive, please enter the store and go at the cashier that is assigned to this pickup type.
When placing an order online, select Pickup in store, then "Distribution Center" from the choices available when checking out. Once your order has been processed, a customer service agent will contact you to schedule an appointment for your pickup. You must have a paper copy of your order, paid in full. Once at our Distribution Center, simply follow the posted instructions.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Additional processing delays are to be expected. The waiting time can be up to 30 minutes, depending on the volume of customers waiting for pickup. In order to limit exchanges during a contactless pickup, you must be able to load your merchandise yourself in your vehicle.


ORDER PICKUP AT A PICKUP POINT
We now offer you the possibility of picking up your merchandise at a pickup point in different cities in Canada where there is no Bain Dépôt or Bath Depot store. This new service allows you to get your items while saving big on the cost of delivery by going to pick up your order yourself at a terminal of one of our transport partners near you.
Order online: When placing your order online, select Pickup point and choose the terminal where you want to pick up your order. Orders placed from Saturday to Wednesday are scheduled to leave our warehouse on the following Friday.
Transit: The merchandise will be in transit for 7-20 days before arriving at the pickup location.
Arrival: The transport company has up to 7 days to contact you and advise that your order is available for pickup.
Pickup: From the moment you receive the call, you will have 48h to pick up your items. Pickup points are opened from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
