UPDATE GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION (COVID-19)

STORE PICKUP
Our stores are temporarily closed until April 13, 2020 (or according to new government guidelines). Know that you may still select a free in-store pickup for your order, but note that it cannot be picked up before the reopening of our stores and the return to normal of our operations. We will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up at the selected store. If you have already placed an order and have chosen to pick up your order in-store in the following weeks, please contact us immediately if you wish to have your order delivered at home instead.

You can save on your renos by having your order delivered FREE OF CHARGE to one of our Bath Depot stores in Ontario or Bain Dépôt in Quebec.

HOW TO PROCEED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE

1. Select items to add to your online cart
2. Proceed to the "payment" section of your cart
3. Enter your information then choose "store pick-up" and select your desired store
4. You will get an "on screen" confirmation that your order was successful and will also receive an email confirmation right away
5. About 24 business hours after the order has been completed online, you will receive an email with additional shipping information.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Store pickup orders are time sensitive!
Once your order has been received at the selected location, a store associate will contact you to let you know your merchandise is ready for pickup.
You have a window of 7 days to pick up your items at the store; after this period, the merchandise will be returned to our distribution center in Blainville, QC.

Have your ID on hand!
For safety reasons, you will be asked to show a valid governement-issued piece of ID. The name on the order must match the ID.
