Terms and conditions

The terms described in this section apply to the BD Pro program.

These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice to program members. Any changes to the terms of this program will be published online at https://www.bathdepot.com/bd-pro in the BD Pro program section and will be effective upon publication. Bath Depot reserves the right to contact members directly using the information provided during registration to notify them of any changes to the program or their affiliation.

Acceptance Conditions

Developers, general contractors, plumbing specialists, electricians, architects, interior designers, and interior decorators can enroll in the BD Pro program. To be eligible, you must provide the following document:

• Business license number in the identified fields above (or NEQ)

• Tax number (HST or QST) of the business in the identified fields above

We reserve the right to determine program affiliation at our sole and absolute discretion. Each specialist must submit their application personally by submitting the document. Incomplete registrations will be rejected.

Membership applications cannot be submitted on behalf of a company, or a group specialized in the field mentioned above. Employees of the same company must enroll personally; the company cannot become a member. Membership is not transferable. Each member is responsible for communicating any changes to their status to Bath Depot. Members can update their information by sending an email to bdpro@bathdepot.com. Members can cancel their affiliation at any time by sending a request via email to bdpro@bathdepot.com.

Bath Depot employees engaged in an industry profession can also enroll in the program. However, they can use the discount assigned to them for professional purposes only outside of their working hours at Bath Depot nor add it to their employee discount.

Any abuse of membership may result in termination. Abuses include using the discount for personal purchases, resale of merchandise in retail outlets (store or resale or auction website), refunding the discount when returning a product, transferring affiliation, using member information by a third party user (with a client, for example), and submitting false, expired, or incorrect data during program registration. Bath Depot reserves the right to cancel any affiliation at its sole discretion. Bath Depot reserves the right to review and terminate a member's affiliation if it is possible that the member has violated the terms and conditions of the agreement. Bath Depot will notify the member to inform them that their affiliation is no longer eligible for the BD Pro program. Members can cancel their affiliation at any time and for any reason by sending an email to bdpro@bathdepot.com.

Member Information

Members may be subject to additional terms and conditions found on the https://www.bathdepot.com/bd-pro website. Membership terms are in effect for a calendar year. The validity of program membership is two (2) years after its effective date. For example, subscriptions approved on November 30, 2020, will expire on December 31, 2022. Bath Depot may renew membership provided that members have spent a minimum of 100$ during the two years and have adhered to the regulations precisely.

Discount

Members receive a 10% discount on the current price of the product purchased at any Bath Depot store in Canada or online at bathdepot.com. Bath Depot reserves the right to change the discount at any time. The discount amount cannot be negotiated. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. The discount does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, services, delivery and handling, taxes, or other fees. The discount does not apply to purchases made before subscription approval. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent. Bath Depot reserves the right to change the list of products eligible for the member discount at any time and without notice to registered members.

Purchase and Payment Terms

All warranties for products and services issued by Bath Depot at the time of purchase become the property of the member. Applicable warranties are not transferable. The member is responsible for paying all taxes, services, and fees related to the discount amount under the law and regulations. Returns and exchanges of products are subject to the Bath Depot return policy, which will be communicated to the member at the time of purchase. The mode and amount of refund for products purchased at the regular price will be the same as the mode used at the time of purchase or refunded to the payment card (including the member discount).
