Step  1 : Prepare the area

Place a bucket under the sink to catch any water that may spill, then remove any objects under the sink for easier access to the pipes. 

Step 2 : Turn off the water 

Turn off the water 
Close the hot and cold water valves under the sink. Turn the taps to drain any remaining water from the pipes. 

Step  3 : Remove the old faucet

Use a wrench to loosen the nuts securing the supply pipes to the faucet. Then remove the nuts holding the faucet in place (under the sink). 

Step 4 : Clean the surface

Clean the surface around the sink hole to remove any dirt, debris or scale. 

Step 5 : Install new faucet

Suivez les instructions du fabricant pour insérer le nouveau robinet dans le trou de l’évier. Fixez-le à l’aide des écrous fournis en veillant à ce qu’il soit bien stable.

Step 6 : Connect the supply pipes

Attach the faucet's supply pipes to the hot and cold water pipes under the sink. Use Teflon tape on the pipe threads to prevent leaks. 

Step  7 : Tighten connections

Tighten all connections with a wrench, but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the threads. 

Step 8 : Check for leaks

Slowly reopen the water valves under the sink, then run water through the new tap. Check carefully for leaks around the connections. If necessary, tighten slightly or add sealant. 

Finalize installation 

Replace objects under the sink and wipe away any excess water. Make sure the faucet is stable and working properly.
