Installation guide- How to install a mirrored bathroom medecine cabinet in a bathroom in just a few simple steps
This step-by-step guide takes you through the easy installation of your new mirrored medicine cabinet, an essential element for optimizing storage and functionality in your bathroom.
We advise you to call in a professional if you're not comfortable with fixing or electrical work (if your mirror has built-in lighting).
Follow these clear steps to securely fix your medicine cabinet wall mirror and transform your bathroom space with style and practicality.
Before you start, here's what you need for a successful installation:
Required Tools
- Level
- Drill
- Pencil
- Stud finder
- Mounting hardware (included)

Step 1 : Positioning
Center the medicine cabinet above the sink at the desired height. Using a level, trace the outline of the cabinet on the wall to ensure it's perfectly straight.
Pro tip: The center of the mirror is typically placed between 60" and 65" from the floor.
Step 2 : Locating studs
Locate and mark the position of the wall studs where the medicine cabinet will be mounted. To do this, tap lightly on the wall (a duller sound indicates the presence of a stud) or use a stud finder.
If the mounting holes have not already been drilled, transfer these markings to the inside of the medicine cabinet.

Step 3 : Mounting
Remove the cabinet doors and set them aside. Attach the cabinet to the wall studs using the provided mounting hardware.
Important: Make sure the cabinet is level before fully securing it to the wall.
Step 4 : Finishing Touches
Once the cabinet is securely fastened, complete the installation by reattaching the doors.
